My Story

Welcome to Whiskful Baking Co., we're so happy you are here!

My name is Danielle Reggio and I am the owner & baker of Whiskful Baking Company. 

Whiskful Baking Co., formally Dani Cakes Bakery, started at the end of 2016 after I was diagnosed with a gluten & dairy allergy. Finding desserts free of both and delicious was a tough task. I just thought, there have to be more people like me with food allergies & a sweet tooth. So, even though I can eat them, it was important to me to incorporate nut, soy, & egg allergies as well. 

I have always loved baking & after lots of trial & error, Dani Cakes Bakery was born. I started with cupcakes & worked my way to cakes then cookies & cookie cakes. My favorite cake flavor would probably be a three-way tie between wedding cake, carrot cake, & s'mores.

My favorite part about opening an allergy-friendly bakery has to be the excitement from each customer who realizes I make something they or their kids can actually eat. 

Dani Cakes Bakery became Whiskful Baking Company in 2021. While DCB was started on cupcakes alone, it has grown to be so much more over the years.
