Do you have a store location where I can place or pick up orders?
Our storefront will be opening soon.
Allergy-friendly, what exactly does that mean?
We always use ingredients that are free of gluten, dairy, soy, eggs, peanuts, & tree nuts (except the occasional coconut). We will not use any ingredients containing gluten, dairy, egg, soy, or nuts in custom orders regardless, due to possible contamination.
How far in advance do I need to order?
As soon as possible is suggested in order to secure your date but a minimum of 5-day notice can usually be accommodated.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash and all major credit or debit cards. Orders over $50 will require a 15% non-refundable deposit that will go toward your order total.
We're having a themed party, can you make a cake to match?
Since we are an allergy-friendly bakery, we only work with non-diary buttercream icing & some of our design ability is limited. We can, however, design your cake or cupcakes to match the colors of your theme and look for any toppers that may match as well.
We love your products but don't have food allergies, can we order too?
Absolutely! Anyone can enjoy Whiskful Baking Co. desserts with or without food allergies. However, we cannot make or bake anything using any gluten, dairy, soy, egg, or nut products, no exceptions!
What is your cancellation policy?
All deposits are non-refundable. For cancellations with at least two weeks’ notice, credit may be given for a future order, subject to the date being available. There will be no refund for orders canceled within two weeks.
No shows: There will be no refunds for no shows. We understand life happens sometimes, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you!
Whiskful Baking Co. is not responsible for any cake picked up by the customer. After it leaves our premises, it is solely the responsibility of the customer. We will send you home with a card of information on how to best care for your cake.
